Refund & Return Policy

At Orioné Jewel, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

· Refunds or returns are only available if the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

· Item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

· A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. How to Start a Return

· Contact us at OrioneJewel@gmail.com to request a return.

· If your request is accepted, we will share complete instructions and return address details.

· Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

· A video recording of the parcel opening is mandatory for claims.

· The video must be continuous, without cuts/pauses, starting before opening the package.

· Send the video + invoice/receipt to OrioneJewelsgmail.com  on the same day of delivery.

· Claims without video evidence will not be entertained.

4. Non-Returnable Items

· Products on sale/discount, or gift cards are non-refundable.

· Slight color and design variations may occur due to lighting/photography; these are not considered defects.

5. Exchanges

· The quickest way to get the desired product is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

6. Refunds

· Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

· If approved, the refund will be processed via your chosen method (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).
